We just launched a fun side project at Smart Role: The Ultimate CX Agent Quest. It is a short challenge designed to showcase the skills of your support agents across empathy, tone, escalation handling, and more.
It’s free, only takes ~10–15 minutes, and we’ll be sharing a leaderboard with €500 in prizes for the top performers. 💰
If you’re a manager, team lead, or trainer, we’d love for you to invite a few agents to take part. It’s a great way to spotlight talent and spark some friendly competition internally.
It’s also a lightweight example of how interactive training can feel more real and relevant for support teams — no fluff, just quick feedback and practical challenges.
