Grow Therapy is on a mission to make mental healthcare more accessible. We're seeking a Workforce Capacity Planning Manager to lead strategic headcount forecasting and capacity management for our Customer Operations team.
Role Highlights:
Develop and maintain accurate short-term and long-term headcount forecasts.
Analyze call volumes and other metrics to determine optimal staffing levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective workforce strategies.
Manage both Full-Time Employee (FTE) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) resources.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in workforce capacity planning, preferably in a customer support environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Experience with workforce management software; bonus points for familiarity with Assembled.
Compensation: $107,000 – $140,000 USD
