I’m Chris, Head of Support & Services at ClubDesk, a SaaS platform that helps clubs and associations manage members, finances, communication, and events in one place. I’ve worked in customer support at both fast-growing disruptors like Uber and smaller, close-knit teams, always with a focus on creating great user experiences.
I love helping people make sense of tools and tech, and with a background in tourism I’ve always enjoyed guiding people when they feel a bit lost, whether offline or online. Outside of work, I tinker with digital projects around parenting. Really looking forward to connecting with you all and exchanging ideas!
