hey elevate friends. excited to share that smugmug is hiring for a support manager! this is a wildly rare opportunity to work for a legitimately good company- people first, environmental goals, no VC funding. i’m not the hiring manager, though i’m highly involved in the hiring process as this role will work very closely with me. ideally, we’re looking for an early bird on eastern hours to help manage both US and european direct reports, own our tool stack, and help to evolve our operations as it pertains to our service offerings. this role is tues-fri (8 hour days) as our team continues to experiment with 4 day work weeks 😄 happy to answer any questions via DM or thread here and please note, referrals happily given to those i’ve first hand experience working with.
