Transitioning from Global CX Leader: Seeking New Opportunities

Hi ElevateCX Fam! 
After nearly five years leading Global CX at Who Gives A Crap, my role is coming to a close later this year due to structural changes. It has been an incredible chapter, scaling a fully remote team from 25 to over 80 across continents, keeping CSAT above 90%, launching Random Acts of Crappiness (our CX initiative rooted in surprise, delight, and care) and CX Fest (our in-house development event that grew both skills and connection), implementing AI tools like chatbots and agent-assist to improve both speed and quality, building a leadership pipeline that developed managers across regions, and helping contribute more than 12 million dollars to clean water and sanitation partners.
I am now exploring what is next and looking for opportunities to bring my passion for CX innovation, customer loyalty, and strategic leadership to mission-driven organizations ready to scale. If you know of roles, projects, or collaborations where I could add value, I would love to connect.
