Hello! I'm currently looking for new roles in Support. I'm a bit of a personality hire, but I am pretty alright at bootstrapping support teams from the first hire up to a global presence, building out tooling, automations, knowledge bases, and educational tools (e-learning, and in-app guided tours). On the flip, I currently manage 107 Technical Support Specialists globally, providing a 24/7 programme across 6 products - so a lot of experience in both scaling, and turning around functions. I'm based in London, England, and quite randomly, come with just shy of 7 years of Policing experience, so happy to support in any type of investigation really. sounds interesting
so things like: t&s ops management: instead of managing queue efficiency for helping resolve customer issues, you’re managing queue efficiency for content review policy ops: managing comms/content between legal, customers/users, and tools/knowledge resources t&s product ops: testing new features to understand how users might abuse it vs where users will get confused. appeals & escalation management: when content management goes wrong you correct.
right now there are tons of t&s roles popping up around ai governance and content moderation
Wow. I must be looking for jobs in all the wrong places. I haven't seen any of those but will adjust my search. Thank you.
i have a lot of friends in t&s and have a search set up for it bc of the jobs newsletter
so my feed is usually full of them

Super interesting! Not something I'd considered, but this seems like an amazing intersection of my experience - really appreciate you flagging this!
