lanceco the stricter state presence is intentional for this role. we generally have wider permissions but are seeking some overlap for this person and our EU contingent that PT folks just can’t sustainably offer unless they’re vampires

that’s basically where i’m at, sarah. while i am an early riser, i’m doing me things at 0500/0600 like walking dogs, exercise, etc; stuff that doesn’t impact another human being. i can have a 1:1 at 0600, but i’m not my best, and that isn’t fair

I am a ninja at getting a chux pad under a puking dog at 3am. I can drive to get a kid from a sleepover gone bad. Aaaannnd that is the end of my 3am skills
