Hiring Content & Training Manager for AI-Driven CX Content and Training at Fi (Remote or NYC)

Hey everyone! My team at Fi (fitracking.com) is hiring a Content & Training Manager — full-time contractor role, ~6–7 months (mid-May/June through December 2026). Remote or NYC. This is a great opportunity for someone with CX content/enablement experience who's excited about the intersection of AI and customer support.
