Hiring Content & Training Manager for AI-Driven CX Content and Training at Fi (Remote or NYC)
Hey everyone! My team at Fi (fitracking.com) is hiring a Content & Training Manager — full-time contractor role, ~6–7 months (mid-May/June through December 2026). Remote or NYC. This is a great opportunity for someone with CX content/enablement experience who's excited about the intersection of AI and customer support. You'd be owning our Help Center, internal knowledge base, and agent training programs during a period of major product launches and expansion. A few highlights:
Building an AI-optimized content ecosystem (we're targeting 90%+ AI bot solves)
Leading a small team (Content Specialist + Training Lead)
Working with tools like Zendesk Guide, Decagon AI, Asana, and Claude
Supporting content localization for EU market launches
