Seeking Recommendations for Non-Voice CX Roles

Hey friends, I have a close friend (that's not a euphemism, its not me lol) that's in the market for a non-voice CX role. Everything that I'm finding with him across the web is AI slop, scams, or BPOs. Just hoping this network might be able to drum up a recommendation or two. He's a great guy with tons of experience!
