Yes, I believe they would.. but they are being pretty firm in wanting something built out and specific that the potential CSM could look at before taking our offer

They were ordered based on importance, but I could be using bias, and those are what I am graded on so I am open to feedback. I also made some changes to the doc with the feedback that I will update.

I really appreciate this. It’s making the doc better, but it’s also making me better, so thank you for taking the time to do this. When differentiating outcome metrics from indicators… would you tie the 10,000 variable to those direct outcome metrics and then how would you position indicators so they understand the difference?

I would agree with your rationale about NRE and RR being an organizational driven metric— I think where I struggle is that it’s a key indicator of success for our department and therefore in some way need them to feel a responsibility for what’s in our control as a department, and invested in the success of those metrics too. I think that’s where the 10,000 in variable comes in that hasn’t quite made its way into the document

You make a great point about the term, “efficiency ”and to get straight to the point with specifics. — I believe I understand your first point re: the why but can you share an example?
