Hey folks. ๐ I'm Tom, Support Operations Manager at Totara, a leading LMS platform in the LearnTech space. I've been here for almost 12 years starting as "boots on the ground" in Support (with 9 previous years in BPO across telephony support, comms, L&D and instructional design), established myself as team lead of 4 (including me) in 2016(?) and more recently (4 months) as Support Ops Manager inheriting a team of 12 following M&A, supporting indirect and direct business. I'm keen to get to know people smarter than me, pick brains and - hopefully - help others while I fly by the seat of my pants getting to grips with the role.
