I'm Giorgia - I'm originally from Italy/UK and been living in Sweden for the past 7 years. I have 5+ years of experience in CS in SaaS. Most recently at Hive Streaming, I managed $4M+ ARR across EMEA as Enterprise CSM and took on the role of CX Lead (Customer Journey Product Owner) to align CX strategy with business goals. My approach blends data fluency, agile project management, and a passion for AI-powered productivity to deliver real results.
