True! Especially when they grow... I swear, it looked to me that my 4 year old grew 2 inches between the time we put his shoes on to the time we got to the playground yesterday. How did he get so tall in the blink of an eye?! It feels like yesterday they were newborns and that makes me a little sad. I also like how it puts things in perspective, though, and that I get to see them become awesome big people.

I'm always wary of the option to pitch a role not listed as those ideas are so easily co-opted. It reminds me of companies that ask for a full strategy as a 'scope of work'. Love the "apply as a team" idea!
