I took my MIL to get the carpal tunnel surgery this year, for both hands as well. I wasn't in the room though. She had been in horrible pain for 2-3 years (she worked as a translator and interpreter). I'm trying to avoid that outcome right now. 😅

Recommendations for Ergonomic Office Supplies Needed

Super duper random but, I'm in need of recs for:

A great standing mat as I'm on my feet 90% of my work shift
An ergonomic keyboard
An ergonomic mouse
Maybe a new adjustable monitor stand? My neck is tired. 😅
