Its a great move and incredible that you have that level of access. Most people we work with don't have that level of attention from their Data Engineering teams. That said, depending on your technical abilities, you'll probably need some sort of PM or EM to translate between your needs and the Data teams roadmap.

We recommend mapping out your orgs and seeing ticket volume by org. A signal that always gets missed are customers who don't submit tickets - they are usually at high churn risk since theyre just not using the product. This typically warrants a direct reach out to get them engaged. It's one of my favorite ways to run proactive support
