Hi everyone! I'm Maggie, based in the UK and I'm the Co-Head of Customer Support at MUBI. I've been working in customer service roles for about 10 years, but only recently started learning more about CX and I'm looking forward to applying those learnings to my fast growing support team (we grew from 4 to 17 in less than 5 years!)
