We’re hiring a CX AI Architect at FYUL (the company behind Printful + Printify). The role sits at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and support operations.
The mission is to build what we call a “Resolution Engine” - designing AI conversation journeys that actually solve customer problems, not just deflect tickets. Think LLM orchestration, conversation design, AI-human handoffs, and turning support workflows into intelligent automation. (FYUL)
A few things about the role:
• Focus on LLM-driven CX systems (prompt design, guardrails, escalation logic)
• Design bot → human transitions so agents get full context
• Use data to improve containment, CSAT, and sentiment
• Work closely with Support, Product, and Engineering
It’s a Europe-based role and can be remote within the EU.
