Seeking CX Conferences for Support Team Enablement Opportunities

Does anybody know of any good CX conferences with a focus on enablement for support teams? My company does a grant program (which is how I got to Elevate last year) and wanting to encourage a few of my CSRs to apply! Most of what I'm finding is sales focused so thought I would ask here. TIA ✨

I know 7shifts has a Toronto office. Are you or your team in Toronto? There are a couple local conferences I could recommend
