When we did our "in person" onboarding at Atlassian's SF office -- the Atlassian CEO Mike Cannon-Brookes had recorded a "welcome" video we watched. In it, he said something to the effect of "I want your time at Atlassian to be so amazing that it ruins every future job for you."
I knew I was going into Atlassian with a 6 month contract (that came with a really nice completion bonus) -- and once I heard those words come out of his mouth -- I was REALLY glad about my situation.
