Hi all! An newcomer introduction, ahead of Friday's fun but also generally since not everyone will be there - I'm Shannon, and I've been in the CX world since 2018, floundering on my own slightly aimlessly yet upward, and enjoying myself immensely along the way. I'm currently at Hearth Display enjoying the process of building out what customer experience means there (dtc, subscription, and software support, as well as light social/community). Excited to connect with and learn from others in the CX space, especially in this age of transformation it seems to be in!
