Introduction: Support Ops Consultant from Valencia

Hello hello hello 👋 Also a lurker here for some time and thought it was about time I properly introduce myself 😂 I’ve been working in support since 2016 and support ops since 2021. I recently launched my support operations consultancy too 🎉 I work with small to medium sized start/scale ups to simplify support operations to empower support teams 🙂 I’m located in Valencia but originally from Milwaukee.
