Introducing Sal: Tech Enthusiast and Support Engineer Seeking Connections

Hey everyone! ! Just wanted to say hey since it's been a bit since I joined the Slack channel because of Rodney. Here's a quick intro about myself: I'm Sal, and I was (got recently laid off) a support engineer at Atlassian (a contractor via e-Core), where I was part of the Trello Support team. I've been working in customer and technical support for nine years, and I've always loved what I do, despite all its ups and downs when it comes to working in customer support. Oh, I almost forgot!
