Support for Ecomm Team: Wishing Manageable Queues and Kind Customers

Good luck to all the Ecomm folks out there. Thoughts and prayers for manageable queues, reasonable customers, and no unexpected challenges from other teams (like marketing sending out the wrong email at the wrong time). Basically customers who are not this guy:

Well, if your product team wasn't so stupid, he wouldn't have to tell you they are stupid.... of course they should have used glass, that's obvious to everyone. This is really a staffing problem...🙄

Hey now... let's all remember that as the old saying goes:
People who are not in glass houses, because their stupid stupid builders chose stupid stupid materials. like brick and wood, are totally allowed to throw stones.
