This is a support role at my new gig that pays really well and has you keeping an eye on an incredibly well built product. Support is mostly in Slack right now with occasional zoom meetings and some email as well.
Decently-to-very-technical product (it's literally an API and various SDKs) supporting engineers directly. I'd say if your title has ever been "support engineer", "escalations", or you've worked a tier 2 rotation for a developer tool you're probably a good fit.
