Seeking Senior Enablement Role Post-Acquisition, Avoiding AI Sales Positions
Hello! Don't tell my boss! Post acquisition, I'm officially looking for a new job. I'm specifically interested in enablement (partner, sales, ops, whatever) โ senior-level, IC, or running a smaller department's function. I'm not trying to run a massive org again, but I want to remain in a support role. What I'm not looking for: a role where the primary job is selling AI. A little AI? Sure, happy to help. But I'm not feeling great about my part in enabling executives to replace their support teams with subpar AI agents, or the amount of money companies are handing ZD for the privilege of helping our friends in this industry lose their jobs.
