Hello! I'm currently looking for new roles in Support. I'm a bit of a personality hire, but I am pretty alright at bootstrapping support teams from the first hire up to a global presence, building out tooling, automations, knowledge bases, and educational tools (e-learning, and in-app guided tours). On the flip, I currently manage 107 Technical Support Specialists globally, providing a 24/7 programme across 6 products - so a lot of experience in both scaling, and turning around functions.
I'm based in London, England, and quite randomly, come with just shy of 7 years of Policing experience, so happy to support in any type of investigation really.
