Announcing My New Book Think DEEPER™ on Managing Thought Overload in CX
Hey ElevateCX friends 👋 Sharing a personal milestone if that’s okay. I just published my first book, Think DEEPER™. I wrote it during a stretch when I noticed something familiar to many of us in CX and Support: we’re great at solving problems for others, reading signals, and staying calm in complexity, but our own thinking can get overloaded when pressure stacks up. Think DEEPER™ is about slowing your thinking down just enough to notice what’s actually driving a decision before burnout, overthinking, or emotional labor takes over. It’s not a productivity system. It’s a way to protect clarity and energy, especially in high-volume, high-empathy work. This community has shaped a lot of how I think about decision-making, customer empathy, and invisible work, so it felt right to share it here.
