I recently released Customer Support Excellence: a competency assessment platform for Customer Support practitioners. It’s built on a ten-competency framework grounded in linguistics, cognitive science, and organisational psychology. The idea being that the skills that make someone genuinely good at Support are real and nameable (not a collection of ‘soft skills’ and personality traits), they just don’t have a formal credential structure behind them yet. The assessment makes those competencies visible and gives you something concrete to work with, whether that’s for a job search or for your current career development.
I’m looking for a small number of people to go through the full assessment at no cost. I’d like to collect a few written reflections I can share publicly, if the results are experienced as genuinely useful of course
Good fit if you’re actively job hunting in Support or at a point where you want a clearer read on where you professionally stand.
Drop me a message if you’re interested and/or want more info!
