How to test Fin Procedures by mocking data connector responses

Quick one for anyone building Fin Procedures: if you've ever struggled to test one because you can't find a user whose data matches the scenario you want to check, there's a much easier way. Mock the data connector's response and feed Fin exactly the data you need.
