Last month, I wrapped up Season 1 of my podcast - Table Service - where I talk with the people and companies building the future of customer experience. Between last fall's "mini-season" and Season 1, I've had the chance to produce 20 episodes, but I know I've just scratched the surface of conversations to be had. Next season, I'll be digging in even more into the "beyond," opening up the podcast to leaders and practitioners in other disciplines to discuss wide reaching impacts on customer experience.
