I have three children. It feels like right after labor and delivery I'm like "Oh my god, I will never do that again. Or if I do, I will DEFINITELY be better prepared." Yet, as I just said, I have three kids and (spoiler alert) I have actually gotten more lax on "preparation" as the number has increased.
So, somewhere between the last labor ending, and the next labor starting, I seem to forget exactly what it was like the last time (or two times). Then, when labor inevitably starts up, I'm like "oh shit, this is about to get real. Why didn't I do anything different? I should have drank the teas! I should have got the massage! Why didn't I get a doula?!"
Don't let that be you with BFCM. Or any other peak/busy season, for that matter. It's always the same, it always happens, and we mostly willingly forget it until we are IN IT AGAIN.
In our upcoming Masterclass our speakers, Neal Travis 🌱 Head of CX at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR and Ethan Walfish Head of Onboarding and Scaled Services at Haus, will talk about strategies that help CX teams stay sharp and responsive when the pressure is highest.
From AI tools and refreshed training, to macro updates, tiering strategies, and last-minute team boosts, we’ll cover the practical playbook that keeps your support operation running smoothly through these hectic times.
