Jay Padzensky this sounds amazing, can I ask - if they're managing an EU contingent, is there a reason you're not widening your net to that time zone? 6:00am for EST is 11:00am for GMT… 11-7 workday seems reasonable! Assume it’s to do with location sponsorship but had to ask as the JD specifically mentions an EU contingent! 👍🏼
