Welcome Val: A Journey from CX Director to New Opportunities

Hi! Also a longtime lurker. 👋 I'm Val! I’ve worked in CX for over 15 years. I left my last role as Director of CX at Embark Vet in April of this year and have been figuring out what’s next for me (this job market stinks). I live in the Boston area with my husband and bulldog Gloria. I enjoy cooking, gardening, watching tv and movies, trying new crafts.
