does this community have a code of conduct around unsolicited DM's? I searched but didn't find anything.

I got the DM and informed them of our rules. Hopefully they’ll straighten themselves out.

Sometimes when someone asks a question publicly relating to a vendor or service I reply in a DM so I can give an honest take. Is this against the COC? I didn’t see it listed. I’m certainly not selling anything when I do this. Don’t wanna break the rules!
