i recently read an article that said "The way to improve your life is to never schedule anything. When someone asks to schedule, just say 'i don't schedule things, but let me know when you want to do it and I'll see if I'm available.'

I was like "Imagine simply looking at your boss/exec/xfn partner and being like 'Sorry, I don't schedule things.'" Not to mention your spouse or child if you have one.
