Howdy! 👋 I've been lurking around here for a while but don't think I ever officially said hello. Hello! I'm a consultant/advisor at The CX Coach where I help online retail brands scale support, and a leadership coach at Level 6 Service where I work with service leaders to achieve goals in personal and professional capacities. I have a 10 year old daughter and 16.5 year old dachshund. I love being outside, incompetently knitting garments, and cooking complicated recipes! Excited to nerd out on CX with y'all! ❤️
