Hey everyone 👋. I'm Ibeth, joining from Guatemala City, Central America! I joined a couple of days ago. After 12+ years in operations (procurement, project coordination, process optimization), I'm making a deliberate pivot into Customer Success Operations, and I'm excited to learn from you all.
