Catching up and needed to chime in here because do y'all ever get into gluten free matzah? It's almost always broken in the box, BUT it tastes like a baked lay and it's the only type that gets finished before the end of the week. If you find some on sale, I HIGHLY recommend for a snack!

I didn't try it, but my wife did (we stocked it for a GF guest). She said the same thing you did - that it tasted a bit like a potato chip.

At our seder the Rabbi said the gluten-free matzah was better than the regular matzah!
