So this Friday is Employee Appreciation Day. I'd like to know what your orgs and/or teams have planned. Are you gifted with a budget or coming out of pocket? How are you handling in-office vs remote team members?

Our plan is that we don't have a plan. Each team is on their own to figure it out (or not).
