Hey everyone. I'm looking for a strong, experienced Support Ops Team Lead. I’m looking for someone who has led multi-platform environments before: Zendesk, Salesforce, Ada CX, MaestroQA, the whole stack. The role leads the team handling support content (internal KB and Help Center), tech ops and Jira workflows, troubleshooting customer issues, and owning our internal CRM systems.
