I started in Boldr in July leading our Technical Services and Solutions team and things escalated quickly and I'm looking to hire my replacement. I'm looking for someone who is pretty technical and knows their way around workflow mapping, AI and help desk solution design and optimization, and can interpret client needs and provide technical requirements to our implementations specialists. At the same time, I'm looking for someone who loves to chat with clients, is good with people, can ideate on the fly, and is super confident. If you can walk the line between tech and people with ease, you've got some good experience with help desks and AI implementation, please consider applying. I'm looking for someone who can work EST-ish (I'm in CST and typically work 8-5 with a break for lunch and to pick up my kids from school).
Pay range: $90K-$130k+
