Director of Customer Support Job Opportunity in Austin, TX

Job Alert, especially for my Austin, TX folks just had a company that provides “Digital banking solutions built for growth” reach out to me doing a confidential search for a new Director of Customer Support. I wasn’t the right fit (I’m remote-or-die right now and they’re looking for someone who can be in-office primarily), but hit me up if you’d like me to recommend you to their recruiter.
Located in Austin, TX - currently hybrid but will almost definitely return to office in the near future (which is why it was a no-go for me)
Highly technical, their support team is “DevOps light” (which sounds rad, honestly)
Need help fixing a broken escalation and accountability structure, as they’re currently highly reliant on Engineering to resolve customer issues (how novel, amirite)?
Willing to relocate folks for the right fit
