Nice post. Reminds me of HappyRobot (supply chain customer service AI Agent), but for more general Customer Service. I just watched the linked demo -- it was cool to like to see how it works. (I am not affiliated with HappyRobot, just was talking to one of their folks at Promat last week and though it was cool).
