A week ago we hit a new record - Draw 38 😳

THIS! I find myself going down the rabbit hole and figuring things out that is beyond my job scope. That's not just with eng but also with risk, compliance, etc. I find most teams are really receptive to help if you acknowledge their expertise. Starting with a DM like, “hey, I’m seeing X and I checked ABC. I believe the cause is DEF and wanted to check with you to be sure I'm understanding this correctly. Are you cool if I just make the tweak and fix it?” Something that shows you know your stuff and demonstrates that you understand that this is their area. It helps build trust that you know what you’re doing too.

There will always be a need for engineers! But waiting for that one thing that will never be a priority but will make a big difference? Not anymore ☺️

There are also cards that make you switch hands. And you can pile on to draw cards as long as it’s an equal or higher number. Draw 2? Let’s add a Draw 4 to that and make the next person draw 6. Nope, I’m going to play a reverse Draw 4 and now you’re drawing 10. But wait - there’s also a DRAW 10 They balance it out a bit with a few other cards, but man…

Stacy Justino This version is more brutal 😳 Instead of hitting the button to see if/how many cards you get they have some new cards like the Wild Roulette. If you play that card the next person decides what the color will be AND they have to draw until they get that color - oh and all cards they draw have to be face up for everyone to see.
