Helpdesk Alternatives for Large Orgs: What Are You Using?

If you're working at a company of >500 not using ZenDesk or Salesforce as your helpdesk, what are you using? It has been one thousand million years since I've looked into helpdesk platforms in earnest and I'm curious if there are some other considerable options out there for large orgs with high routing complexity and system needs.

Before assimilating into the Zendesk borg cube, I considered:
Intercom (great for messaging-forward, but not so great for anything non-messaging)
Kustomer (lol no)
Dixa (interesting, but reporting wasn’t there)
Gladly (solid for ecommerce, not so much for our needs)
