Same, good friend of mine is basically career pro. They just want to answer cases, they don't want to manage people. And I'd be fucking happy to hire them to be 2x as productive as the next person on my team. Absolute queue crusher. How often does someone double the productivity of your next rep AND have a better CSAT rating?
