Hi everyone! I’m Jimmy – most recently VP of Customer Experience at Whatnot, where I led global support and trust & safety. Before that, I held CX and operations roles at Microsoft, Tesla, and Lemonade. I recently launched Catapult Partners, where I work with startups and fast-growing businesses to design customer strategies, integrate AI into support, and build high-performing teams.
