First Impressions of Devrev Demo: Setting a New AI Standard Compared to Zendesk

Just had my first Devrev demo... damn, no one is doing it at this level with ai. Makes Zendesk look goofy.

The good news is it's easy to negotiate and get well below Zendesk prices

just make sure you aren't gonna get totally boned on price increase at renewal ^^^ if you negotiate real low

zendesk loves to do that.... lowball to win the deal and then blow up your P&L next year. I'm sure others do too!

I did a 2 year agreement with them that included a modest Y2 price increase. I am pretty sure they are still willing to do those and even longer with built-in growth.
